A brief conversation to discuss the student's subjects, strengths and current challenges, and whether Clarity may be a suitable fit.
The introductory call is for discussing suitability and next steps. It is not a tutoring session or assessment.
Session frequency
Most students attend weekly or fortnightly, depending on their goals, school workload and Alex's availability.
Payment and policies
Payment
Payment is required before each session or through an agreed recurring invoice arrangement.
Cancellation
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged at the full session fee, except in exceptional circumstances.
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
